Q: What products do you sell?
A: We specialize in high-quality sweaters, hoodies, and dresses for everyday wear and special occasions. All styles are crafted with premium fabrics, designed to blend comfort, durability, and timeless style.
Q: Do you ship outside the U.S. and Canada?
A: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and all Canadian provinces/territories. We do not offer international shipping to other regions at this time.
Q: What sizes do you offer?

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Use our Size Guide to measure your bust/chest, waist, and hips with a soft tape measure. For sweaters and hoodies: Size up for a relaxed fit or stick to your usual size for a tailored look. For dresses: If you’re between sizes, size up for comfort (especially for bust/hip coverage) or down for a more fitted silhouette.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package. U.S. orders are tracked via USPS, while Canadian orders use USPS International (with further tracking available through Canada Post).
Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?
A: For U.S. orders, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date if your package is lost or delayed. For Canadian orders, allow an extra 5–7 business days for customs clearance, then contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date. Reach out to [email protected]  with your order number and tracking number, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Q: Can I return an item?
A: You may return eligible items (unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging) within 30 days of delivery for a refund (see Refund & Return Policy for full details). Final sale or “non-returnable” items (clearly marked on product pages) are excluded.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds to your account.
Q: How should I wash my sweater, hoodie, or dress?
A: To preserve quality and longevity:
  • Sweaters & Hoodies: Machine wash in cold water with like colors on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry (to avoid stretching).
  • Dresses: Check the internal care label—most styles recommend cold water gentle wash or hand washing. Hang to dry and avoid tumble drying (especially for delicate fabrics).
Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and high heat (which can cause fading, shrinking, or fabric damage). Follow the specific care instructions on each garment for best results.
