- Remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original unused state
- Retain all original tags and labels (intact and attached)
- Be returned in their original packaging (if applicable)
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items are non-returnable—including final sale products and items marked “non-returnable” on their product pages. Such exclusions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for size or color adjustments.
If you wish to switch to a different size, color, or item, please place a new order for your desired product and initiate a return for your original purchase (subject to the eligibility criteria above).
In cases where an item is verified as defective or incorrectly shipped (e.g., wrong style, size, or damaged goods), we may, at our sole discretion, arrange for a replacement or adjust the return process to accommodate your needs.
- Defective or incorrect items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label (where available in your region).
- Change of mind: For returns initiated due to personal preferences (e.g., ordering the wrong size, no longer wanting the item), the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping fees. Additionally, original shipping charges are generally non-refundable—unless the return is a direct result of our error.

For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier are non-refundable by .
If you return an eligible item, we will refund the product’s purchase price (and, where required by law and if the return is due to our error, we will also refund the original shipping fee). However, import duties, taxes, and customs fees paid at the time of delivery will not be included in the refund amount.
